General Questions
How do you know how much my CD, DVD or Game is worth?
We use a number of ways to work out how much your CD, DVD or Game is worth including how popular it is, how many we already have in stock and how much it will cost us to sell it. The price we offer is therefore based on these factors and can change regularly.
How many CDs, DVDs and Games Can I Sell?
You can trade in as many CDs, DVDs and Games as you want but we have a minimum of 10 items. As TurnIntoCash has been designed for consumers you can only trade in a maximum of two items of the same thing. If you are a business, charity or school looking to trade in CDs, DVDs and Games please visit the Charities / Schools Fundraising page.
What can I trade in for cash?
We accept CD albums, DVDs, Blu Rays and Games (PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii, PSP, Nintendo DS, and Xbox 360) as long as they have a valid barcode. Unfortunately we are not able to pay you for CD singles, items marked not for resale, copies or promotional items
My CDs, DVDs and Games are damaged. Will you pay me for them?
Everything you trade in must be complete. This means have all original sleeve notes, cases and disks. We will accept items that have normal wear and tear damage (usage / storage scratches or minor damage to the case) as we can refurbish them before selling them. For more details please see our terms and conditions.

Do you take ex rental DVDs?
We can take some ex Rental DVDs please enter the barcode as normal and our system will let you know if we can accept them

I’ve never heard of TurnIntoCash.com before. Who are you?
